Cancellation Policy
At Trenton Pet Hospital, we dedicate our time and resources to ensure your furry family members receive the absolute best care possible. When you book an appointment, that time is set aside exclusively for you and your pet.
We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans sometimes change! If you need to change your appointment, we are happy to help.
Policy Details:
- 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This gives us enough time to offer the opening to another patient who may be in urgent need of care.
- Running Late: We always do our best to accommodate our patients, but our schedules run tightly to keep wait times low. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we will unfortunately have to reschedule your visit, and a missed appointment fee may apply.
- Cancellation & No-Show Fee: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 business hours' notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be subject to a $45 + HST fee that must be paid prior to booking your next appointment.
- Repeated no-shows will result in the refusal of service.
