At Trenton Pet Hospital, we strive to provide timely care for all of our patients. Missed appointments or cancellations without at least 24 hours (1 full business day) notice are subject to a $45 fee, which must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.

Surgical appointments require 48 hours (2 full business days) notice. Late cancellations will result in the loss of your non-refundable $100 deposit.

Cancellations must be made in writing to info@trentonpethospital.com or by calling 613-392-6667 during regular business hours. Please note that weekends do not count toward the notice period.
